Wales’ best junior surfers are ready to go for the EuroSurf Juniors 2024, which starts tomorrow at the Ocean Spirit Festival, Santa Cruz, Portugal.

Each of the groms has put in seriously hard work through the past year, staying on top of training, smashing the waves either in Wales or abroad, and raising their own funds in order to represent their country on the international stage.

Having arrived at their destination last week, there’s been plenty of time to get in the sea and acclimatise to local conditions, as demonstrated by Channel Coast Surf Club shredder, Eli Perrins-Davies.

The Welsh Surfing Federation would like to say a huge Diolch yn Fawr to everyone who has played a part in the groms’ respective journeys, supporting them in reaching this fantastic competition; they could not have done it without you.
